Hi! I’m Jennifer Kilkus. I’m a board certified clinical health psychologist, Principal Specialist Psychologist at University Hospital Waterford in Ireland, and assistant clinical professor at Yale University School of Medicine.

I completed my doctoral degree in clinical psychology at the University of Kentucky in 2014. In my decade of experience working in health psychology, I have developed expertise in evidence-based interventions for the physical and psychological consequences of chronic and terminal illness, particularly in oncology. I have a love for mindfulness meditation and am a certified mindfulness facilitator.

I am passionate about helping people achieve their best possible quality of life, both for people coping with illness and for people working in health care.
