Managing Burnout with Mindful Self-Compassion
This introductory level session will review research on common contributors to burnout, outline the evidence for mindful self-compassion for reducing burnout and increasing resilience, and provide an opportunity for participants to translate this research into practice by developing their own Resilience Plan for preventing and managing burnout.
Rather than focusing on “self-care”, this workshop emphasizes identifying what a values-based life looks like for you and helps you tailor a plan to build it.
